Our system detects unanswered inbound calls, initiates text-based follow-up with callers, escalates emergencies to designated on-call personnel, and generates weekly performance reports for our business clients.

2. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to request a free audit of their missed calls. By submitting the form on our website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and business information submitted.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number on our website form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional text messages from CaptureShield related to your inquiry. By using our missed-call response service, our business clients authorize us to send text messages to their callers on their behalf.

• Message types: Service notifications, inquiry follow-ups, and transactional messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and call activity.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@captureshield.com.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Carrier liability: CaptureShield is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device compatibility, or factors outside our control.
• Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use this service or consent to receive text messages.

Mobile information collected through our SMS service is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on captureshield.com — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of CaptureShield LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for high uptime and fast response times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Revenue estimates provided in our reports are based on client-provided average job values and are not guarantees of actual revenue.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptureShield LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CaptureShield in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Business clients who subscribe to CaptureShield's services are governed by a separate Service Agreement, which includes specific terms regarding pricing, service scope, guarantees, and cancellation. These Terms of Service govern general website use and are supplemented by the Service Agreement for active clients.
